Oatmeal with Fresh Fruit & Nuts

This is one of my favorite ways to brighten up my oatmeal in the morning.  It's simple and delicious and keeps me going well into the afternoon.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup  Quaker Oats Old Fashioned Oatmeal (or your favorite oatmeal)
1 banana, sliced
2 Tbsp almond butter
1 handful fresh raspberries & blueberries
1 tsp pumpkin seeds
1 tsp almonds
cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

  • Combine oats, 1-3/4 cup water and a pinch of salt, stir, and microwave for 1-1/2 minutes.
  • Add sliced banana, almond butter, berries, and nuts.  Sprinkle with cinnamon.
