Classic Hummus
Hummus is so awesome. This simple recipe is perfect to dip your veggies (or zucchini chips!) into!
INGREDIENTS
 2 cans 15 oz. chickpeas
6 Tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, smashed 
1 cup tahini
1 tsp salt
20 cracks pepper
½  tsp cumin
4 Tbsp water 
6 Tbsp olive oil
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and mix until smooth, about 1 minute. 
- With the motor running, add 6 Tbsp olive oil and mix until super smooth and creamy.
